Decided by a clinician, not by an algorithm.

GLP-1 treatment prescribed by a physician. The medication, dose adjustments and follow-up are all included.

How our care works

The same three things, in the same order, every time

Nothing is skipped to rush you to checkout. Screening happens before you pay, and a provider reviews your file before any prescription is written.

Tell us your history

A medical intake that really does screen you

Five minutes covering your health history, current medications and goals. Exclusion criteria apply as you answer, so you learn before paying whether treatment is even an option.

  • Finish the intake without a card
  • Designed around provider exclusion criteria
  • We check your state first

Speak to a clinician

A licensed provider reads your file, then speaks with you

By video, phone or secure message, according to what your state requires. Whether a GLP-1 is clinically appropriate is your provider’s decision. Sometimes the answer is no, and your provider will tell you why.

  • Licensed in your state and board-certified
  • Visit format follows state telehealth rules
  • Every decline is explained

Begin, then refine

Your dose follows how your body responds

A state-licensed pharmacy ships your medication to your door. Over time, your provider titrates the dose using your check-ins, side effects and progress.

  • Every check-in includes a titration review
  • Write to your care team between visits
  • Pause or stop whenever you choose

What is actually in your prescription

GLP-1 medications act on appetite and on how fast your stomach empties. They are not cosmetic, and they are not suitable for everyone, which is why a provider screens you before prescribing one.

  • Semaglutide or tirzepatide that a state-licensed pharmacy compounds, or a branded product where your provider deems it appropriate.
  • Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not evaluate them for safety, efficacy or quality.
  • Before anything ships, you see the precise drug and dose, and you can say no and ask about branded options instead.
  • Your dose begins low and changes only when your provider judges that your response supports it.

All that the program includes

The prescription is only one piece. The rest is clinical attention that sets your dose, monitors side effects and tells you when it is time to stop.

A pharmacist in blue gloves holds up an unlabelled vial to inspect it

The actual medication

A compounded or a branded GLP-1, whichever your provider deems appropriate. It is dispensed within the program rather than sold to you separately later.

Clinical oversight that carries on

Your provider remains on your file. Changing the dose, managing side effects and deciding to stop are calls they make with you, not a script you follow by yourself.

Between-visit messaging

Put a question to your care team with no booking needed. Replies come by secure email.

A check-in every few weeks

Weight, appetite and side effects are recorded on a set schedule, so titration rests on your own data.

Delivered cold and discreetly

Sent temperature-controlled from a state-licensed pharmacy, in packaging with no branding.

What patients say to us afterwards

What won me over was the intake saying I might not qualify. Every other site I tried behaved as if the yes was already decided.

Danielle O., Columbus, OH

When the nausea got bad, my provider lowered my dose rather than telling me to tough it out.

Marcus B., Tacoma, WA

I can send a question at eleven at night and wake up to a real answer in my inbox.

Renata S., Fort Worth, TX

The package shows up cold with no markings. My building manager cannot tell what is inside, and that is exactly the point.

Ayo T., Atlanta, GA

No one tried to upsell me on a pile of supplements. Just one prescription, and a provider who told me why it was that one.

Hyejin P., Bellevue, WA

I wanted to pause for a month while I was traveling. One message did it, with no penalty and no sales pitch.

Grant W., Boise, ID

First steps

Who is actually eligible?
That decision belongs to a licensed provider, who looks at your BMI, weight history, medical conditions, current medications and lab or screening answers. Some people are turned down, and some of those declines have nothing to do with weight. Completing the assessment is free, so you learn the outcome either way.
Is there a charge for the assessment?
No. The full medical assessment can be completed without entering a card. You are not charged anything until a provider has reviewed your file and you have agreed to a plan.
When will I get a response?
Most files get reviewed in one to two business days. If your provider needs lab work, a follow-up question or a records release, it can take longer, and we email the request straight to you instead of leaving you to chase it.
Where are you available?
Forty-three states plus the District of Columbia. We are unable to treat patients in Alaska, California, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Jersey, Rhode Island or Vermont. Your state is the first thing the assessment checks, so you do not give thirty answers only to be turned away at the end.

About the medication

What will I be prescribed?
Your provider makes that clinical decision. Based on your history, it could be a compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide from a state-licensed pharmacy, or a branded product. Before anything ships, you are told exactly what has been prescribed and at what dose.
What is compounding, and should it worry me?
A licensed pharmacy prepares a compounded drug for one individual patient. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not evaluate them for safety, efficacy or quality. Your provider will walk you through the difference, and you are free to decline compounded treatment and ask about branded options instead.
Are there side effects?
Early on, nausea, constipation, reflux and fatigue are common, and they often settle as your body adapts. There are serious risks too, including pancreatitis, gallbladder problems and thyroid concerns linked to personal or family history. Your provider screens for these before writing a prescription, and adjusts or ends treatment if you react badly.
How is it delivered?
It comes from a state-licensed US pharmacy, in temperature-controlled packaging that carries no outside branding. You get tracking by email once the pharmacy releases the order.

Staying on and stopping

Do you accept insurance?
No. M&S Labs is a cash-pay service. We neither bill insurance nor file claims for you. If you want to submit one yourself, you can ask your provider for documentation.
What is included in the program?
Medication, provider visits, dose adjustments, check-ins, care-team messaging and shipping, delivered as a single program instead of a menu of separate services. Billing details are set out in the terms and the refund policy.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Send an email to your care team or our support address, no phone call needed. Once an order has been released to the pharmacy it cannot be recalled, as is standard for prescription medication. Exactly what is and is not refundable is set out in the refund policy.
Could I pause rather than cancel?
Yes. Send your care team a message saying how long. Your chart is kept intact, so coming back does not mean redoing the intake.

  • Medication included
  • Dose adjusted to you
  • Shipped cold, unbranded

In five minutes, learn whether this is right for you
